CANCELLATION POLICY
At Timeless Skin Atelier, each appointment is reserved for you and thoughtfully prepared in advance to ensure a personalized experience. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within less than 24 hours notice will be charged 25% of the reserved service fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service fee and will be subject to possible banning from future bookings. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time in order to honor the next client's appointment, with the full service fee still applied. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time, care, and intention behind each service.
